How to Register in the TESDA Online Program
Before you can access and enroll in TESDA online courses, you have to create an account on the TOP website.

The registration process is simple and straightforward. Just follow these steps:
- Go to the TESDA Online program login page.
- Click the Create New Account button.
- Fill out the account registration form.
- Click the Create My New Account button.
- Check your email for a confirmation message from TESDA and read the instructions on completing your registration
- Click on the link to confirm your new account. This will log you in to your TESDA Online Program account.
If you’re an OFW, you can register through the TESDA App. Download the mobile app on Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
During online registration, you’ll have to fill out a form with your personal and professional details, location in the Philippines, and the skills training you need.
How to Enroll in TESDA Online Courses
Once you’ve signed up for an online account, you can already start enrolling in TOP courses you’re interested in. Here’s how:
- Go to the TESDA Online program login page.
- Enter your username and password. Click the Log In button to access your TOP account.
- On the top menu, click on “Courses.”
- Choose from the list of available TESDA online courses. Click on the course category and then the module you want to enroll in.
- Click the Enroll Me button. If an enrolment key is required, enter the one your trainer has given you.
- You are now enrolled in your chosen course and can access the lessons. You can proceed to the next lesson only after completing the previous one.

TESDA Online Courses FAQs
The TESDA Online Program is open to everyone who’s interested in learning technical skills in the Philippines.
Originally, though, the TESDA Online Program was intended for OFWs, students, out-of-school youth, and unemployed adults who can’t have face-to-face training in TESDA-accredited schools and training centers. If you belong to one of these groups, you’ll benefit much from taking TESDA online courses.
TESDA does not have any eligibility and document requirements for those who want to take its online courses. As long as you have a working laptop, desktop computer, tablet, or smartphone plus internet connection at home, you can take online courses on the TOP website.
Additionally, some TESDA courses require students to pass a quiz before starting a certain module.
Check your spam folder. You can also try logging in to your account after 1 to 2 hours.
You should receive a confirmation message from TESDA within 24 hours. If you still haven’t received it, notify TESDA at tesdaonlineprogram@tesda.gov.ph and provide screenshots of the issue.
Each TESDA course varies in length—some can be finished in 30 minutes, while others take 2 hours or longer to complete.
But you should not be too concerned about the time it takes to finish a course. Because TESDA online courses can be accessed anytime and allow you to study at your own pace, you can take your time learning from the modules.
Yes, you may download a Certificate of Completion as soon as you’ve finished all activities and passed the quizzes of the online course.
If you finish an NC course, you can qualify for the National Certificate. You need to personally visit a TESDA-accredited school and take assessment tests to receive national certification.
